Hiring: Sales Assistant (Dubai)
I run a growing wrapping/interior transformation business in Dubai and we get a lot of leads daily through WhatsApp, Instagram, and social media.
Looking for someone smart and organized who can:
- Reply to incoming leads quickly
- Ask clients the right questions
- Follow up consistently
- Track leads properly in sheets/CRM
- Coordinate quotations/site visits
- Help convert inquiries into actual sales
This is NOT just a customer support role. I need someone proactive who can keep conversations moving and make sure leads don’t go cold.
Requirements:
-Good English communication
- Comfortable handling WhatsApp/Instagram conversations
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Sales/customer service experience is a plus
