I built an AI that turns a product idea into a complete engineering plan — here's what it generated for a Kubernetes control plane idea

Been working on FLOWiGANTT for a while — an AI-native planning tool that takes a raw product idea and generates the full engineering plan before you write a single line of code.

Fed it a Kubernetes control plane idea this week. No templates, no structured forms. Just described the problem.

In under 5 minutes it produced:

  • Viability evaluation with market sizing and competitor analysis
  • Full microservices architecture with a read-only Kubernetes agent
  • Complete PRD — user personas, feature set, acceptance criteria
  • 6 epics broken into user stories, broken into 204 engineering tasks
  • Two time estimates per task: traditional dev vs AI-accelerated

The last part is what I'm most proud of. Every task is tagged for which AI tool handles it best and how much time it saves. The plan shows exactly where AI creates leverage and where you still need a human decision.

Full generated output in the comments if anyone wants to see what 204 tasks actually looks like.

Happy to answer questions about how it works — particularly the architecture generation and AI acceleration tagging which were the hardest parts to get right.
