I’ve inherited a sick plant and hoping it’s not a fungal/pathogen infection!!! Previous owner had a gnat issue and wants to completely start over and purging her plants. I got it about a week ago, It’s obviously still really not doing well. Should I cut it down and start over? Thanks for the advice in advance!*first picture is when I got it, second is today*

For context here’s what I’ve tried so far
- brought it home to acclimate
- repotted with new soil and soaked roots in a water hydrogen peroxide mix
- cut off dead leaves & watered it
- at night I’ve sprayed it with a water/Castile soap/neem oil solution

I wondered my pothos a little less than a week ago and I came to check on it and there’s a mushroom growing!! Does anyone know how this happens? Or if this is a good or bad thing? Thanks in advance!
