i wore a new pair of flats out today. they were fine everywhere, I walked with them on wet & smooth ground and all with no problems. Then when I took the escalator, i walked down the steps and suddenly found my life flashing before my eyes as i landed butt first on the escalator steps. my shoes had somehow decided to be slippery right when i was on the damn escalator. I stood up, continued walking down and slipped again….
these shoes are from H&M , so definitely not high quality. the soles are rather small horizontal lines (can attach a pic if needed). is this something that goes away with time or do i have to fix the soles? if it’s the latter, what can i do? or should i just never use these shoes again?
