Long time Hertz user, but gained Avis President’s Club with the UK Platinum card. Or at least I thought I did.

Logged in to Avis on a browser and it clearly shows PC. From a browser, I’ve even added the PC membership card to my Apple wallet. However, log in on the Avis app and I have basic membership. The bookings I’ve made are there so it’s the same account.

I have another booking coming up and once again won’t get any of the benefits.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to fix it? Obviously Avis have been no help.

Hi all. Appreciate any help. I'm trying to book via BA (to remain loyal, like a fool). Google flights has come up with a "perfect" itinerary, but I cant book it on BA! I would land at Heathrow from Bermuda regardless, but BA is then forcing me to Gatwick for their direct flight to BKK - with a 12 hour layover! I can book the perfect flights on the Qatar website (via Doha). If I drop the Bermuda-UK leg, I can also book the perfect Heathrow-Doha-BKK flight via BA.

Any idea why, and how I get around it? Thank you.
