I’ve had these piercings since 2024. The other side seems fine and healed, this side however struggles with bumps and being angry and mean it seems every other week.

Should I get a longer bar? Should I take it out? What should I do?

Piercing is 2 years?

Barbell, internally threaded, I wanna say titanium?
Downsized a year in the shop.

Aftercare was saline sprits twice a day, still do on occasion.
