Hi all,

I’m in a very frustrating point in my life but I’m going to get down to the meat of it.

I am a 27 year old female, in the fall of 2023 I started having bad GI Issues.

I would literally wake up puking every morning at least once for about 4/5 days every month. Sometimes more sometimes less and it always happened at random points in the month. Alone with that I have intense cramping, nausea, diarrhea, pain with pooping, and gas.
The cramping was the most common symptom - it happened almost every day at least 2x if not more.

I went to my doctor and found nothing wrong, they found a cyst in my ovary but it went away. So they were not concerned.

We did blood tests, colonoscopy, EDG, ultrasounds

Everything seemed fine on those, I did have a horrible colonoscopy prep though. Ended up puking a lot…

After that my symptoms continued but I was not puking as much - more nausea and cramping.

The next thing of significance they found was a nodule on my thyroid - benign but they said my thyroid was enlarged. I took meds for a while but my TSH kept going to far up and down so we stopped that.

After that I noticed a bump on the back of my cervix (no NOT my cervix, this is deeper and on the bottom side OF my cervix) the first gyno I saw said it was my cervix….. (she literally didn’t even look at or feel the bump), she recommended a endoscopy to check for endometriosis. the second said it was my uterus and said not to do the surgery. Both didn’t seem concerned.

I would like to add that I have spotted between periods before (very lightly), I also have heavy and painful periods.

I have tried so many different medications for GI issues and some didn’t work, some have seemed to work for a few days but it always happened again.

I am a teacher and I have taken so many sick days (I have FMLA) but I feel so guilty and lame because I can’t do my job, they just asked me to step down from coaching the remainder of this season because I need to focus on my health but there is literally nothing more I can do…

I have seen two GI specialist, 2 Gynos, I went to the ER, I also saw a neurologist.
