Hi, as you can see, the number 9 from my favourite Bayern 2021/22 Lewandowski jersey started to peel off. I bought it from a second hand (Classic11 football shirts) and there was virtually no damage when it arrived. Fast forward 18 months, I finally decided to give it a wash. To be as gentle as possible to the jersey, I hand-washed it inside out with a detergent, then put it on a hanger to air dry in my room. The number unfortunately did not take that nicely, as you can see in the photo. Do you know of any ways how to restore the number to its original glory or at least to minimise any further damage to it? Any tips would be great :)
