It's been 2+ years and I'm back at the IVF clinic, just did my 2nd FET.
The first time around there was a lot of things I did - ate certain things, waited to test on a certain day etc.
Having a busy toddler I have forgotten a lot of it and have less time to research. Anyone have a list of things to do post-transfer?
