• If inside the main city: minimum plot size around 30x60

• If slightly outside the city: I’m open to a bigger plot, but the area should still be residential/developing and reasonably connected to the city (not too isolated/village-side)

Main purpose is future home/investment, so I’m looking for good residential surroundings, basic infrastructure, and decent connectivity.

Open to suggestions for good areas/localities as well.
