I just need her to sleep. I have been asking the primary care for something to help her relax and sleep at night and it’s like he doesn’t understand. Sleep is essential to health, not sleeping will make anyone crazy. We are all more miserable when she will not sleep.
I also don’t think he believes me when I tell him she’s up 20+ times per night. So I decided to check the cameras and make a list. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and does not include the many, many times she gets up to use the bathroom just to sit there, or to knock on the door “to check” when someone else goes into the bathroom even though she was literally just asleep and snoring.

If we are ever out of popsicles or Stok unsweetened cold brew, god help us all. I bought a second freezer for the basement because I can’t keep anything sweet upstairs. She will demolish a tub of ice cream in less than a night getting up over and over to make more little bowls of ice cream. I switched her to sugar free popsicles and low cal Fudgsicles but it would cause a cataclysmic melt down if I tried to limit them any more than I do now.
I am so goddamn tired.
