I cant explain it. This is a work of art that needs to be upheld to the highest and purest form of itself for future generations to experience. Calling DS2 a video game is like calling the Autobaun a road.

I got it at launch of course. After all I absolutely loved DS1. Idk if it was the games I already was playing at the time or my life events (my dad unexpectedly passed away at 54 within 2 weeks of this games launch) but i played at launch and ran out of steam and motivation to keep playing it by the end of chapter 2. I liked it but it wasn't hittin for me. I moved on. But every couple weeks or so id give it about n hour of my time bc hello Kojima , ds1 its beautiful to look at. I knew eventually it would hit me just had to keep giving it a chance. I had around 20 hours in by last week (since launch). So a few days ago I figure ill pop it in the old ps5pro before I start yet another play thru of any resident evil I choose. Again lol. I wasn't ready. Yesterday it finally clicked and holy shit man today felt like Christmas looking forward to keeping on keeping on. In the past 3 days I put in around 20 hours Its 430am and I just got off lmao. Everyone should experience these games. Were so used to the pretty looking rushed slop that we get 80 percent of the time something like this is so refreshing! Keep giving it a chance here and there i promise Kojima will take care of you lol. Anyway this is awesome. Goodnight all.
