I am from Bangalore and I moved to Hyderabad, recently, I bought a 2nd hand scooter through a posting on OLX. Paid the amount, got the scooter, the owner said he will transfer the RC through an agent he knows and I need to pay extra for it, I agreed but after a week I simply opened olx and I see he posted the scooter again and blurred the number. I called him just to ask about the registration progress, he told he will give it to the agent and get it done next week. Now I don't know what do I do to protect myself from this plus I don't know Telugu yet, very basic still learning. Guys please hit me up with your suggestions
