The twist.

Let me start by saying that I’m generally not a fan of the rock draw twists that split the tribe up for a random tribal. I also felt like Johnathan’s advantage was overpowered.

All of that said, if you’re going to insist on this kind of twist to send two people home in a night…

Do it at 11 people. Just like last night, have the immunity challenge and then split everyone who didn’t win into two groups. The winner still gets to ping back and forth between the two groups, coordinating and sharing information to shape the vote.

However, the deal is this… the winner picks which group goes first and votes with them. The winner can then choose to stay for the second group and vote, but at a cost of their immunity necklace. If they feel good about the relationships and conversations, maybe they stick around to help get someone out who they want to target.

They wouldn’t need to announce their intentions until after the first vote was complete. They still get a chance at the same amount of power that Johnathan got last night, but they basically need to decide whether they are willing to risk some of their own safety to seize the power.
