Hello, was re-insulating floor joists, found small about of rot. The area of rot is small than the dark patch. Not on floor joist. Appears and feels dry. What are my next steps?

We had an interior drain tile installed and there's a floor edging. Is it alright to apply rigid foam board against even if there's a small gap at the base of foundation wall and rigid foam?
