Are Med Spas Losing Leads Because of Slow Follow-Ups & Broken Website Flows?

Been building a HIPAA-compliant AI system for med spas after noticing the same problems everywhere - missed calls, slow follow-ups, overloaded front desk staff, and website visitors leaving without booking.

It answers FAQs instantly, handles treatment/pricing questions, books consultations inside chat, follows up automatically, and transfers to a human when needed. We’re also auditing/fixing broken website and booking flows that may be costing clinics leads.

Looking for 3–5 med spa owners who’d be open to trying it free and giving honest feedback on what works and what doesn’t. Not looking for testimonials, just real feedback to improve it.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to comment or DM. Would also love suggestions on features/problems we should focus on.

Been building an automation system for med spas recently and wanted to understand if this is a real problem for clinics.

The system basically answers website questions instantly, handles pricing/treatment queries, books consultations in the flow itself, sends follow-ups, and connects users to a human team member whenever needed.

From what I’ve noticed, a lot of clinics still rely heavily on reception staff handling leads through calls, emails, DMs, or contact forms.

But during busy hours or after-hours, it feels like a lot of potential patients drop off before ever booking. Especially when people want quick answers around pricing, downtime, availability, etc.

Curious from people actually in the industry:

  • Do med spas lose meaningful revenue because of slow follow-ups/manual lead handling?
  • Would clinics actually be open to using something like this, or do most prefer keeping everything human/manual?
