Where is Vinted support?
I opened a support request about this time on Saturday (so 3 days now) because I believe the item was damaged in transit. I bought some blu ray box sets, and when I arrived some of the cases were ripped and cracked. I assumed they would ask me to return and that's fine, but complete silence from support other than the initial automated message telling me to add pictures and details. Considering I paid £80+ for an item which is damaged it's frustrating to not have any info.
Any idea why I've not had a response?
Could the seller be trying to dispute anything with them in the meantime?
At this point it's just strange to be in limbo without any feedback on the situation. I had a similar issue before and support seemed a lot more responsive.
