New fan settings after recent update?

Howdy people, so I got the latest update for HEN and decided to take a look at any new settings/features included... I open up webmanmod and see a new variable next to the manual fan control (Should be in picture attached, currently at 0% in-game), I do not know what this means or any suggested number for it right now?

Any ideas?

If it is helpful, running a ps3 super slim with HEN 3. 5. 0 and webman 1. 47. 48p
