What would you do if an administrator said that a student wouldn't receive any consequences after brandishing a knife at another student because they allow students to carry knives on them and that he did nothing wrong because he didn't open it. I've already tried the police but they said they couldn't do anything because in our state children under 14 can't be charged with crime.
