At the beginning of 2025 I started semaglutide with Hers. The vial says 5mg/ 2 mL (2.5 mg/mL). I started at 8 units (which the label says is .2 mg), went up to 16 (.4 mg) for a while, and was down to 10 when I ran out.
I was happy with the medication and lost weight, but due to the Hers changes, I went with GobyMeds.com. This vial says:
"2.5/.5/mg/mL (10mg/2mg/4ml)"
The label on the container says ".5 mg/ml"
I could not figure out the dosing from the first medication to the second, so I continued with 10 units. However, my appetite has increased and I have gained weight back. How do I figure out the concentration/dosing difference between the first and second?
