Going to Paris with my parents in September. My mother does not eat meat at all and my dad does not eat beef - both religious. My sister and I eat everything however 😄

I would love to take them somewhere nice and have been looking at some spots that have a veg tasting menu. I see Granite is interesting but was curious if anyone had some recommendations/hidden gems. Arpege would obviously be top of list but my mom has not had any tasting menu experiences yet so think that would be a bit of a heavy hitter first up.

Is that just the norm or did we fully miss the boat somehow already.
