Hello! I’m a new YouTuber, i’m doing short form Roblox content and today marks my 14th day on YT since i’ve started! In these days i’ve gained 720 subs, 130k+ views, and I have pretty good stats but my biggest videos only really go around ~20-30k views (A video i made 2 days ago got 20k views but i gained 400+ subs)

I’m getting close to hitting the 1,000 (I’m gaining ~100+ subs a day rn) for monetization and i’m very excited! But i am very far off from the 10M shorts views unfortunately. I’m not even close to the 3M for superchats and stuff!

What i was wanting to ask is if those numbers will just naturally come as i pass 1k subs, like does the growing fan base help push my videos out more and make then more successful so more views comes along? Or is it still very rough and just have to pray for a viral video? How long did it take to get your 10M if you’re monetized?

Hello! I’m new to YT, I always wanted to make videos since I was a kid and started 13 days ago on April 22nd. I’m at 632 subs now, I post only short form content (rant videos) and 2 days ago a short brought me from 70 -> 140 subs in 1 day, then yesterdays short brought me from 140 -> 630 in 1 day! I know I’ve had some pretty big growth, but I had a few questions if anyone can answer them!

1.) My average AVD/APV per short is ~80-90% on 35 second shorts is that good enough to get a short to blow up viral? or do you need 100%+?

2.) I struggle with STW a lot, my bigger videos get around 75-80% but today’s which got me from 140 -> 630 subs was only a 65% I feel I make pretty good hooks, but what is the amount you should shoot for to get “viral” and does anyone have further advice on STW? I get a bit frustrated as some shorts have 65% STW and get big while my other ones with 75% can die at 1.5k and it feels like a roll of the dice. Does this kinda get more consistent as i grow?

3.) I struggle with engagement conversion, i get a lot of subs which is good, but not a lot of likes or comments, mainly comments where my smaller shorts would only get like single digit but with 10k views. VidIQ recommended more CTAs which i’m trying but i just find getting people to comment is difficult, does anyone have advice?

4.) I’m likely to hit 1k subs in the next few days or even today but i’m struggling on the views to reach 10M for monetization. I currently only have 120k total. Will the necessary views just come naturally as i hit 1k or is this a bit too slow to hit 10M at its current speed?

5.) Does growth get exponential? So my sub base is growing pretty quick, does that help me with my video performance and future growth? Like do subs come faster and easier, or do my videos get pushed faster and wider so i can quicker get that 10M?

Hello! I just started YT 8 days ago, I am a shorts channel (Nub Rants) and I post Roblox Rant Shorts. I have 10 shorts, 70 subs, 92k views (60k engaged) with a total/average 75% Stay To Watch, I average 83-90% APV per vid, ~10k views per short. (Each short ~25-35 seconds)

My issue is my engagement and conversion. Currently my engagement rate is 0.8% I have 2 shorts that got 25k+ views but not a lot of engagement, only ~100-300 Likes and 5-20 comments on the big videos. My smaller ones get single digits likes and comments (I feel its my biggest bottleneck why I can't blow up)- and I am REALLY struggling to convert views -> subs, I feel I should have more with 100k views, VidIQ told me to add more CTAs so I have tried and even sneaking in more engagement triggers in my scripts. (You can see the improvement from first video to now)

I had a short a day ago with 65-70% Stay To Watch, 90% APV, and it died at 1k views despite being same format and style as my one that blew up to 28k a few days ago with more improvements! I am frustrated as my performance feels so volatile, same content that's worked (and with improvements) but it's a roll of the dice if it'll get 1k views or 20k views.

I was wanting to know what people thought of my analytics so far and can give me advice on what I am struggling with and how to improve with it so I can grow bigger and faster and push past my 25k views ceiling and finally get a "viral" short (I feel that's what I need to finally get more subs) and make my viewership more consistent. Hello! I’m a NewTuber (I started 8 days ago) and I was hoping for people’s insights on my analytics + advice with some issues i have below.

I’m making Roblox YT shorts (Roblox Rants) and although they may not be liked by everyone, I’ve been putting in a lot of effort to make high quality editing and I’m passionate for this as i’ve always wanted to be a YTer since I was a kid.

My channel is 8 days old. I have 70 Subs, 10 shorts, 90k views total (50k total engaged), ~10k Views/Short, 76% Stayed To Watch total, ~83% Average APV

But some issues is my engagement is ~0.8%
I have 2 shorts with 25k+ views but they don’t get a lot of engagement ~100-300 likes on the big ones and only 5-15 comments as well, the smaller ones get single digit comments and likes as well.

I just had a video with 65% stay to watch and a 90% APV and it died at 1k views (idk why), and my other vids get good stats too but all stop around 8-25k views max and never push past and i think it’s due to my engagement

VIDIQ had recommended adding more CTAs which i’ve been trying and they don’t do much conversion either. And im getting frustrated as i feel my content is so volatile, i had a short blow up to 25k views in a day, next vid i used the same style of editing, scripting, and tried to make more improvements and it died in the thousands, like its just a roll of the dice if a video gets either 1k-20k views with same style content.
