Basically the title. This photo shows a paragraph in my flatmate agreement which states I have 10 days written notice. I brought this up to landlord, but he dismissed it saying that I breached this multiple times. I owe rent arrears. Which I was planning on paying this Friday.

I don't know what my rights are but anyways my landlord is saying I'm to move out by 5pm tomorrow 23/04/2026.

Is there any questions or things I might be missing from my story. Please ask so that you have a better understanding of the situation
