Budget is not a problem. Original oak wood from 1980. I am changing the doors but I am not sure if refacing the frame or just getting a new pre-hung. Thoughts?

I also replaced the trims around the house but not sure about what to do with these ones.

Nails are really close to the cabinet and the trim puller is just pushing the cabinet and the nails are not moving. What tool should I use?
