I recently had a breakthrough seizure and noticed that my auras start with a hot hot hot feeling, even if i’m sitting perfectly normal temp, and then when i wake up from the TC, i am so incredibly cold and violently shivering or shaking even if body temp is normal. is this a normal thing? thanks!
