3 months back in Feb when I was looking for 2 bhk flats in HSR layout, I got many options at 25k but now there is not even 1 option below 30k.
Is this price increase cyclical? If yes then when will they come down?

My requirements:
Good ventilation
If the building is without a lift then preferably on the 1st floor
Furnished flat is preferred but not a non-negotiable
My budget: Rs. 20-25k
Moving date: 1 June 2026
Loved the way he has used lighting, camera work and music to show a lot of things happening simultaneously in the life of Savarkar.
He has used light very intelligently and there are a lot of hand held camera shots which make you feel like things are happening in your vicinity and since this movie is based on the Indian freedom struggle, it gives goosebumps multiple times.
