My pixel 9 running Android 17 QPR3 beta update, has this weird issue where the Wifi automatically turns ON, and sucking a lot of battery. I have also turned off "Turn on Wifi Automatically" setting... ... It was also observed on the android 17 beta 4 update....

Such an annoying thing
