Newish technician here. Started off on the lube rack and apprenticing at the same time.
My confidence is struggling so much. I question myself at every turn and I over think the crap out of things. I'm a bright individual with a proven track record in another field but my confidence makes me appear "highly regaurded".
Does it ever get better? My will to learn is so strong but my skill set right now is lacking. Do I give it up because it doesn't come naturally, or does everyone feel this way coming through the ranks? What are some ways to push through without appearing like an idiot?
