What do I ask for when 3 months of oral supplements didn’t work?
Just like the title says I was on 325 mg ferrous sulfate 3 times a week and initially my ferritin was at 11-now almost 3 months later of taking the supplement my ferritin is at 10. I’ve been worried on if I should ask for iv because I have malabsorption issues because of blunted intestinal villi but I’m not sure. Looking for advice and opinions please! I’m just sick of feeling so miserable.
