my fasting reading has never been over 95 and this morning it was 118!

I have a sore throat and had sugar free lozenges overnight. could that have messed up my numbers? im panicking

Hi all,

anyone here with Kaiser NCAL? the prenatal team asked me to be <90 for fasting and <130 for 1hr post meal but my OBGYN said the limits are <95 and <140 and he’s unsure why prenatal team told me the other numbers.

also, how strict are they? Ive been having a few numbers over 130 but mostly everything is below 140.
