Good afternoon,

I just went through months of my Chapter 7 bankruptcy and it was discharged in California, but right after discharge trustee tells me that she believes the car lien was not perfected in time so she wants to avoid the lien.

She takes a couple months to figure everything out, and tells me how much I would need to pay to buy back the car from the estate, I agree. Fast forward to a month later I receive an email from her today saying that she is closing the case because the lender doesn’t want to cooperate on avoiding the lien and I need to reach out to them.

I am extremely confused because I was already discharged and I am afraid they are going to repossess my car any time. I am going to reach out to them tomorrow morning, but I wanted some see about. I’m not sure what to say when I call them. Do I restart my loan?

Thanks in advance for any comments.

Hello. I posted the second pic on here about two weeks ago regarding over treatment. I wanted to post an update on what my face is looking like. I don’t see this hyperpigmentation (Not sure if that’s what this is?) going away any time soon. Now it feel like pimples? all under my skin in the area. It itches and it is sensitive and still numb in some places. I have been using a gentle cleanser and aloe vera gel cooled in the fridge. If any of you have any suggestions and helping this clear more quickly, that would be great. Thank you! (Treatment was done two weeks ago.)
