Was driving 2 x Japanese colleagues in NSW. 100% definitely sure passed under a fixed seatbelt camera.

The car has a moonroof.

At some stage of the journey, the rear seat pax removed their seatbelt so they could take a nap. I did not notice this until well after we had passed the seatbelt camera.

Is this likely to be detected through the moonroof?
