If you were expecting me to post Issue 3 today, unfortunately you're gonna have to wait for a couple of more days. The Communist Committee wanted to write about the local elections and Welsh/Scottish parliamentary elections hat took place yesterday in the UK, and whose results are still coming out. The Issue should be ready by Sunday.
