We just went live on Product Hunt this morning. Firstwork- automates the post-offer pipeline for frontline hiring (warehouse, retail, healthcare, hospitality).
The problem: average time from "offer accepted" to "first shift" is 3 weeks. Almost none of that is sourcing. It's background checks, I-9s, drug screens, scheduling, orientation paperwork- all manual, all slow, all reasons candidates ghost before Day 1.
Under the hood: four agents running in one workflow. Document intelligence, compliance, browser, voice. The voice one took the longest by a wide margin.
Would genuinely appreciate honest feedback and support on the page- https://www.producthunt.com/products/firstwork-2?launch=firstwork-2, what's clear, what's confusing, what made you hit back button.
If you're launching today too, drop yours below, happy to take a look. And for folks who've launched here before, what's one thing you'd do differently?
