So I had my initial telehealth PTSD C&P last night and it was literally the psych going through and reading my claim for 15 minutes and didnt ask me one question at all. after he stated thats all he needed and said have a nice day.... now my claim is on step 5 this morning. Can my claim go back to step 3 from 5 and they order another C&P? I sure hope so. thank you to this sub for all the help.

My PTSD initial is scheduled for next Tuesday and I am a train wreck worrying about how it will go. I keep hearing these horror stories about zoom call C&P exams and I cant understand how i am going to talk about these events through a screen. Any good outcomes of zoom C&Ps and helpful advice is very much appreciated.
