This scene will close season one. I think the second season will still take place in the school with daisy, Agnes and Shu as plums/greens. I imagine daisy will tell the aunts of her period in episode 8 and will then marry during the next marriage season. I think something will happen to commander Weston right before his wedding to Agnes and because matches have been made she will also be eligible next season. I think penny will die this season and Judd will be paired with Agnes next season while daisy matches with Garth. Becca will attempt to run away before her wedding and be captured by the eyes, thus not eligible for marriage, so Garth also waits for next season. Pairing Garth with Daisy makes the most sense as they are both of lower status and seeing a mayday “couple” will bring a new dynamic to the show. It was also reinforce how Giliad seeks to break the girl’s friendship by pairing Garth with the two girls who knew how Agnes felt.
Additionally, as Daisy is a pearl and doesn’t have family in Giliad, they could have her stay with Agnes as she was her assigned plum. This would somewhat bring the sister element into the show as they are not related
