I don't have any exprience with returning hardware to valve. I had steam deck and from what I know it is possible to return hardware if it's not to much used within 14 days if it was ordered directly from steam shop. I assume this apply to all steam hardware.

As this device won't be cheap that's for sure and I won't be able to test it anywhere before launch I have to options: wait with order and wait for reviews + mayby some local stores will have them exposed to at least try it on, then pray for fast restock OR buy it as soon as it will be available and carefully test it at home for those 14 days and return if it won't fit me.

What do you think? Do you have any exprience with returning steam hardware like steam deck?
