Wizz Air Cancelled Flight, no email, no refund claims, error in their website, paid by TABBY
Hi, I would like to know if anyone has the same issue as mine, I booked last May 7 2026 for a travel from AUH to Budapest Hungary on January 2027. I booked for two persons and we will have issues on the visa going there (money issues) I have purchased the ticket via TABBY CARD, and after booking, I have decided to cancel the flight (i purchased WIZZFlex) I was still in the process of researching on the policies about refund and cancellation when suddenly my flight was already cancelled! when I tried to manage the booking it is sending me errors, obviously the live chat isn't helpful at all! I have filled my booking reference and it says that the booking is not eligible for refund and the booking reference cannot be found!
Is there anyone who experienced the same? I couldn't call them to assist since they charge a ton for this! Is there any way I can get a refund for this? Do I need to wait for their email? I haven't received any cancellation email from wizzair too. And there is no available customer service email I can send my complaint to.
