We are trying to move to Fort Wayne here in a couple months. We toured Canal Flats and thought the units were gorgeous. Does anyone have experience living here? In our current apartment I can tell exactly where my upstairs neighbor is at all times because of how poorly made the floor/ceilings are and you can hear basically every conversation above and below us. We’re REALLY trying to avoid that with our next place. If we take our lease there it’ll be on the 3rd floor which I think should help. I know it’s super specific, but can anybody here speak on the quality of these apartments and the noise levels? Thanks!
