I'm a new driver coming out of TnT training at Prime Inc.

I'm interested in driving team as a company driver but would like to know if its possible to get into a mini fleet for a higher cpm.

I did the math and if I could get 40 to 45 cpm on teams and we do about 4 - 5k mi a week, that works for me.

Is there anyone here who could give me advice on how to do this?
