I left a company I was in for 3 years for a new one with a step up title and more pay. My first week, my new boss tells me how toxic the leadership is, they randomly fire people, and that I should go back to my old job if I can. She was very apologetic about it and saying she wants to leave, it hasn’t been good for her mental health. I don’t want to go back to my old job. I left for a reason, now I’m worried I ruined my career by making this move. I personally want to stick it out because I just started and I need that job title for my resume to grow.
