What to tell hair stylist in order to fix this?

I showed my hairstylist the first image and paid $360 for this color and the highlights feel way too harsh, and the hair also feels way too bright red when I told her I wanted very natural. I washed it a few times and it’s still so bright so I’m wondering if I should ask her to fix it or are these highlights normal?
