10 racers down, 3 remaining. Alot of discussion has gone around who the final guests will join the roster, However we may already know.

NiGHTS, Tangle and Whisper are the oddballs in my prediction, however I believe due to high fan demand as well as the connection to Christmas, having NiGHTS release in December was an obvious pick for the developers. Tangle and Whisper have had their vehicles in the game upon release and with the Crossworlds tie-in comic being delayed to their dlc date as well as having the Chaotix Casefiles revealing their voices around that time, they may have been strategically delayed from the games release.

Now for my prediction, each DLC has shown off a Sega franchise that has had a major release or events in the 2020's

Hatsune Miku Colorful Stage(2020/21): Hatsune Miku

Persona 5: Royal Multi-Plat release (2022): Joker

Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth (2024): Ichiban Kasuga

Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble (2024): AiAi

Angry Birds Rovio Acquisition (2023): Red

Like a Dragon Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii (2025): Goro Majima

Puyo Puyo Tetris 2S (2025) Arle

With that in mind, now we start looking at Sega's 2020 catalog and we might be able to find out final 3 characters. Here are the characters we CAN expect for Wave 4

Samba de Amigo Party Central (2023): Amigo, Just like his Sonic Team counterpart AiAi he also recieved a fresh redesign to compliment his newest title. Sega is looking to add more of their legacy IP's I'm sure and Amigo is one to look into.

Shinobi Art of Vengeance (2025): Joe Musashi, Just like Sega peer Arle Nadja he also recieved decals in Sonic Racing Crossworlds, Shinobi was one of Sega's biggest releases of 2025 and with a villains dlc that released recently it would make the most sense to bring back the Shinobi.

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties (2026): Kazuma Kiryu, The Yakuza/Like a Dragon franchise is up there with Sonic as Sega's most beloved franchises as it's highlighted by it's 3 iconic protagonists, we've seen Ichiban Kazuga and Goro Majima. Kazuma Kiryu you can argue is the most iconic and with Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties as well as Yakuza 0 Directors Cut releasing recently, it might be time to finish the trio.

Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 (2025): Tanjiro Kamado, If you didn't know already Demon Slayer has recently become one of Sega's most profitable titles they've published due to the popularity of the Demon Slayer series, Sega banked on the popularity of Hatsune Miku by adding her to Crossworlds, they can easily use the popularity of Tanjiro Kamado to boost Crossworlds.

Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O (2025): Akira Yuki, Virtua Fighter is seeing alot of attention due to an upcoming Virtua Fighter 6 being announced for the future, The recent release of Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O would be no different from the rest as to why Sega would possibly include Akira Yuki in Crossworlds.

Jet Set Radio (202?): Beat, Jet Set Radio has an unannounced release date for it's next title so I don't believe Sega has any aspirations of using Crossworlds as a marketing tool for it, However I believe Beat can recieve the NiGHTS treatment. Jet Set Radio is by far the most anticipated of the upcoming Sega revival projects and Beat himself is beloved by both Sega and Sonic fans just as NiGHTS is, even if Jet Set Radio does not get a release announcement in 2026, I can see Beat still being included in Wave 4.

These are my predictions on who we can realistically expect for the final wave of racers, tell me what you guys think.
