I called the PIP line and started a claim, then got asked to complete the online form by 30 April 2026. I completed and submitted the online form before the deadline.

Since then, I’ve received a paper version of the PIP form in the post, which says it needs to be completed by 4 June 2026.

Has this happened to anyone else? If I already submitted the online form, can I ignore the paper one or could my claim be closed if I don’t return it?
