Cross tapered from other meds onto Paxil and titrated up to 30 mg. Felt pretty crummy in that process, then had one really bad day with a lot of crying, etc. I started feeling a lift in my symptoms the very next day. Fast forward and we're titrating up to 40 mg. Today is a really bad day with a lot of crying, etc. I'm hoping history repeats itself and tomorrow is better.

Anyone else experience this - a significant downswing immediately before improvement when starting/titrating up?
