Talking to a lot of small business owners and curious about this — How many of you send regular financial or performance reports to clients/investors every month? And roughly how long does it take to prepare them? Asking because I keep hearing that monthly reporting is one of those tasks that takes way longer than it should but nobody has really automated it well. What's your current process?

Been researching property management workflows and curious how people here actually handle sending financial statements to property owners each month. Specifically: - Do you use AppFolio or Buildium's built-in owner statement? Or export and reformat? - How many ownership groups are you managing? - Does each owner want something different or do you send the same format to everyone? - Roughly how long does the whole process take you each month?
