Human hair pulled from cats bottom

Earlier this morning i noticed a hair coming out of my cat’s bottom and a bit of poo at the end of it. My other cat (this is gross) chased after my girl cat, caught the end of the hair with the poo and the hair ripped out (or broke) from my girl cat’s bottom.

She is acting normal (eating, drinking, sleeping, not hiding, playing and jumping like she normally does, has no signs of pain when I push on her tummy/ lower tummy where her intestines are, and is not throwing up) I have her in my room and am monitoring her closely and noticed after she went to the bathroom had a little bit of blood in her stool and it was kind of runny. She gets easily stressed with my other cat since he is a bit younger and I have found blood in her stool before and her vet just said it was stress. I do not have the money for an emergency vet, I live in a small town and the closest one is almost 5 hours away, and has not great reviews.

What are some warning signs I need to look for going forward? I am very concerned about “sliced” intestines. I called the emergency vet and they pretty much said she’s fine unless the blood gets worse, she stops eating and starts throwing up. And if she had a condition as severe has sliced intestines I would know by now as this happened hours ago.
