70 degrees in my house all day
Luke warm filtered water 400g
King Aurther AP flour 400g
Starter 100g
Fed at 11:15am est it’s now 8:47pm est
Could I bake with him once he doubles ? Or do I need to let it go longer to like a triple in size.
