41 year old male, 6’3” 215lbs. Former smoker (quit over a decade ago), had thyroid cancer in July 2022 and a total thyroidectomy. Needless to say it’s given me some health anxiety . I’ve noticed these spots on my legs , which I feel like I’ve seen below the calf but not this far up. Anyone know what these could be ?
