First Camp of the Year - Found a drip but…repaired quickly

It’s great to camp locally just after getting the unit out of storage. Found I had a leak off the water pump, small cracked valve. It’s been repaired and now I am ready to hit the road. This was taken at Brown Country State Park in Indiana. It is a gem.

Planning to Camp at Indy 500 Lot 1 C - How easy is it to come and go?

I have purchased a camp site for my RV and Truck for the 2026 Indy 500. Once I get set-up, I need to leave the RV to pick up some out of town visitors. Is it easy to get in and out of the camp site? I have a group coming in the night before the race. Is it possible to leave VERY early on race day to get back to my RV? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I have a 2023 23’ Flying Cloud with a Girard GSWH-2 tankless water heater. I only have 32 gallons in my tank and when turning on the hot water I consume nearly 1 gallon before I get hot water. Any way to improve this? Are there upgrades available?

I returned to a liquid mixture with hooch on top. I fed 100 g of starter with 100 g all purpose flour and 100 g of water. After waiting about 6 hours, I fed a second time, same quantities. Next, I created my levain with 50 g or seed starter, 50 g whole wheat and 100 g of AP flour and 100 g of water. I fed my mother starter at the same time and took this video to see when it would peak. I figure I can use it after about 6 - 7 hours.
